Like stated on your other reviews, it seems that you’re disappointed because the tweezers arrived outside of the tweezer box and without the protective plastic cover. I apologize for this and will ensure that the tweezers are packaged properly in the future.

I never understood the meaning of “Fan like butter” until I tried Nova Lux. Oh my gosh they’re literally the best thing since sliced bread. I have been working on my pinch method and these lashes just pop open so easily. I love making wide fans now. Can’t wait for my big order to come in.
Her lash trays are amazing, pulling the lashes off the strip was so smooth and easy . As well her tape is amazing . Shipping was very fast and her customer service was great. Definitely will be purchasing more very soon .

My first experience was a 10/10 fans fanned beautifully and deliciously, I usually use a 45 degree angle tweezer and I’m a pincher, I’ve never had luck with 90 degree tweezers but NOVALUXARTISTRY tweezer with her lash trays AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING I just ordered more haha
