LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

Nova Lux Artistry is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, USPS will have the most current information regarding your package.

When checking out, it’s recommended that you select the shipping that includes insurance (priority mail) for additional security.

Packages that show as "Delivered" according to USPS tracking will not be re-shipped. Please make sure that all information is correct!

We are not responsible for contacting the post office regarding the status of a delayed/lost package. Please contact your local post office or file a claim with USPS for further information regarding your package.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME

Nova Lux Artistry ships within 2 business days of receiving your order. Orders will be shipped Monday-Friday. Orders placed Friday evening through Sunday will be processed the following business day. Holidays are excluded.
